It's all about giving money to people who don't pay any taxes at all, have a benefit already called the Earned Income Tax credit which ZEROS OUT the payroll tax. The EITC that our pall Ronnie baby made super strong. This new cry is for another welfare scheme for people who are already getting everything possible besides even more money from you and me. Not to worry: Tom Delay ain't gunna let the tax break even get to the floor.
