PRESS AND MEDIA BIAS WITHOUT THE CRAP! AN LA STATE OF MIND

I live in LA. News here is actually controlled in many areas, just like the old Soviet Union. I mean by that there are entire stories that the "powers that be" (the liberal elite) decide not run at all anywhere. And that is it.

Two cases: Violent crime in LA is wild. Including robbery the actual stats are that 95% of the crime is black on black and Hispanic upon Hispanic with a few other races thrown in. Whites are only involved in 5% of violent crime in LA. This is not reported ANYWHERE. What is reported is the bias of the police for arresting blacks and Hispanics in disproportionate numbers. Nobody is told that they are responsible of 95% of the crime. Most of LA doesn't know this. So far as I know the only national media to report these stats is National Review that has a secret LA cop writing occasional pieces for them.

Second case: Last year there was a really violent fight at a children's football game. Blood, hospitals, the entire shot. It made the national news. Not ONE WORD in the Los Angeles Times, nor did the local TV stations report it. This fight was an indicator of many serious problems within the local Youth Football environment that includes phony weights and weigh ins, faked grades and ages, and a large number of injuries related to the unequal pairing of teams in violation of League Rules. There have been more than a few fights, but none as serious as the one not reported. This is the situation that can cause serious trouble. All media ignored everything.

I could mention the entire Movie section suck up to the Left Wing Entertainment industry. No mention of their attempts to invade our homes with technology restricting what we can see or hear. I could mention their coverup of the teachers union and the education system. Their complete disregard for the lack of parental involvement in the non-performing schools. But I won't.

The editor of the LA Times has announced the end of bias. He has chosen one article and picked the way abortion was covered as an example of bias he won't tolerate. That's not it. We live in a totally controlled press environment in which the only competition to the Left Wing main stream media is more Left Wing media. We have a talk show here and there that does bring these subjects up but the main press will not report that either.

This is bias in the media. Period. If you live in LA you have no way of knowing what is going on. That my friends, is media bias without the crap.
