CONGRESS SLEPT, AGAIN--SMALL STATES HALT ANY POWER PASSAGE

We tell you what the news is, you don't tell us: Vol 69: Proof that being an asshole is the basic qualification for being a reporter. The media "slant" is that people are outraged, angry, ready to explode. Then the stupid reporter shoves a microphone in the face of a totally calm New Yorker who shurgs and tells the reporter that they just go with the flow, that's the way things are sometimes, etc. Not to be swayed by facts the reporter turns to the camera and announces again how enraged everyone is. The facts are that Congress has known about this and refused to do anything. All the TVA states (TVA was built by the NATION'S taxpayers), North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, fun places like that. Add to that nobody will allow power lines in their neighborhood, the environmental (Marxist) lobby, refusal to allow rate increases (people will not pay for electricity) and you sort of get it.
