Always check on customer service before doing anything having to do with computers. Bill Quick has been completely down for several days because his system, one that uses a program called "Moveable Type", went down. I was going to switch to Moveable Type myself but when I tried to get their "customer service" or anything resembling same I either got no response at all or an email of gibberish. I stopped all consideration. Those of us who use Symantech get emails referring us to sites that tell us nothing too. Bad or non customer service should always be a warning. Bill says he may never have his entire site back up. He will still be current and is on line again now.
