77% VOTER TURN OUT SPEAKS VOLUMES

A heartfelt salute to the 135 people who ran for governor of California for standing up and articulating points of view not on display in a real election in my lifetime. This was real democracy. The huge turnout, which may reach 77%, for a real election should answer a ton of questions about "voter apathy". It is the political process that is apathetic, not the voters.
