Arnold's Team that neither extreme is going to like but shows that his purpose is "to fix the God dam thing" and whatever it will take he will do. When the plane is in a tail spin you do what you can to fix it, not do a bunch of litmus tests to look good. By and large he has picked people who know what is wrong and are also willing to bury any Left or Right concerns in order to do it. California is in terrible shape and he has picked most of the right people.
