A chart pattern known as consolidation or trading range is what is happening right now. It's a pause. The market is tired and taking a rest. Keep in mind that all "trading range" patterns can break DOWN as well as up. Technically the market looks to break out and not down, but just pay attention to your individual stocks and stops, watch the averages and you'll be all right. Keep in mind that volume begins to tail off prior to Thanksgiving and tends to explode right afterwards. I made the biggest score in my life the day after Thanksgiving back in the 80s.

My worry about the market is here and those things are still right in front of us. Don't get sloppy.
