A terrific Rose Bowl game has been avoided because the only remotely good team in the PAC 10 will play Oklahoma. What is left in that sorry excuse for a conference is nobody. The BCS has destroyed the Bowls, given us nothing at all to replace "voting". Get ready for Bowl games comprised of teams people do not want to see. USC vs Oklahoma and then what? Oklahoma by 28. Except.....I am informed by several computer types that LSU may end up the BCS #2; this is because (get this) Washington State lost. AND Oregon State lost. In fact this computer nerd tells me he thinks that LSU is a lead pipe cinch if they run the table. This would make the Rose Bowl of USC vs Michigan the game to watch.
