TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR IN TAX MONEY

That is what it costs the people in SoCal to pay for the health care of WalMart employees. Their pay package doesn't include health care and the cost of the "company plan" is so high that only 40% of the employees can afford it. When WalMart employees or their families get sick they go to county hospitals. Worse, managers get paid for cutting costs EACH AND EVERY year. The approved method is to fire somebody who is getting health care each year so the company contribution to the plan is reduced and goes to the "bottom line". Think about that when you're saving a couple of bucks on X'mas shopping.
