Fallujah and Rumsfeld In my opinion this was another total failure by our resident genius, the great Donald Rumsfeld. Fallujah has been THE problem in Iraq since day one and we have no plan to handle it. Again, if an old line Democrat was running for president he'd win in a walk. BTW Iraq IS in a civil war right now. Kurds vs Shiites vs Sunnis and they all hate each other. Iraq under Saddam was like Yugoslavia under the commie dictator, Tito. He kept the warring Serbs, Muslims, and Albanians terrorized into silence for 50 years. Once he was gone the place erupted.
