We are to believe that the KGB poisoned Viktor Yushchenko with Dioxin. This is absurd on its face once you actually look up Dioxin and see what it can do. Killing somebody with it is only believed by the Environmental whackos, and even the most whacked out Greenie, Carol Browner of the Clinton Administration, fought not to have the presence of dioxin a factor in closing an industrial plant. No way to kill anybody. Slate has an understandable piece on it today. So Viktor was either planting it on himself, or some idiot tried to knock him off.
