Of course I don't know how this "nuclear option" will turn out, but it seems to me that if the Democrats had the votes it would be voted on. I've said this before, the Republicans are a bunch of pussies who are afraid of success; afraid to win. "Gosh coach, if we beat these guys the crowd won't like us."
