"Excitingly Original" a quote from a so-called reviewer praising the new movie "Bewitched" a rehash of the very very old TV show from the last century. Not only is the movie business out of originality, but the reviewers are total assholes.

Condi Rice for president is one of the worst ideas ever. She has not one second working with others to gain a consensus, she has never dealt with a legislative body that may oppose her, she has never run for anything in her life; so besides being a very smart AND BLACK woman, what qualifications does she have exactly?

While you may be sleeping: the Chinese bids for Matag and Unocal present us with a very serious problem. There is no transparancy in any Chinese market. Once they take over anything, the profits or losses will be whatever they decide to say they are. This is why their own stock market is in free fall while the world's markets are flying and their economy is growing at a "reported" ten to twenty percent per year. How can their stock market be down when their economy is the fastest growing in the world? It's because every smart investor in China knows that the government is lying. Want some quotes? And the disaster of all disasters: Airbus to build a factory in Alabama. This is horrible, but two Southern REPBULICAN senators are supporting it. Why a disaster? The French cut off spare parts to Britain the second they entered the war against Iraq. Belgium cut off all our submarine engines ditto. We are about to put our own heads into a noose on this one. The French HATE us. Hate.

The NBA finals turned terrific two games ago. I actually watched two entire games, a first for me. I'll be watching again tonight.

Flag burning amendment: a moronic idea put forth by the not very smart (NVS) wing of the GOP. I say the reality of burning a flag is this: people get so pissed off seeing it that the burning creates an opposing reaction. Let the assholes who choose to do this stuff do it, and on prime time so we can all see them. In addition, what fucking harm is done to anybody anywhere if somebody burns a flag? Unless the burning flag is tossed into a tank of gasoline, but then arson is already a crime. We have plenty of Republican assholes. Plenty, should we forget.

And if you wanna get really pissed off, go here. Robert Mugabe is murdering more black people while our black congressional reps sit on their asses waiting for another welfare check. Oh yeah, they can blame Bush. The Conressional Black Caucus is the sorriest lot in our country.
