DON'T LET AFRICA GROW THEIR WAY OUT OF THIS CRISES

What to do about the French drought and locusts besides go ha ha ha? Well first, go long September or December wheat. Next, since the French have made prisoners out of Africa's farmers by preventing them from growing genetically engineered crops of any kind, crops that are drought and locust resistant, you might want to buy some stock in agricultural companies that sell that kind of seed---ADM and Carghill come to mind. Africa may have to break with the horrid EU and grow their way out of this crises. The worst thing about this is the starvation sure to break out in Africa because they have been forced by the EU to purchase non-GE grains exclusively so French farmers would have a market for their subsidized crops. Should Africa dare to grow GE crops, the French won't sell anything to them or buy anything from them. So us cheap Americans will once again be told we must give Africa money, money they wouldn't need if it weren't for the EU.
