GOOD AND BAD FROM BRITAIN

First signs of the Brits caving comes from, where else, the intellectual community.

The Royal Institute of International Affairs and the Economic and Social Research Council said the situation in Iraq had given "a boost to the al-Qaida network's propaganda, recruitment and fund-raising" and provided an ideal training ground for al-Qaida-linked terrorists.
But the most important moment on the Terror front occured over the weekend when a fatwa was issued by the Sunni Muslim Council of Britain clearly condemning the 7/7 attack. Something the Amereican Muslims won't do.
