Many times people who actually do good in the world are inept when it comes to letting people know about it. Soldiers Angel is a case in point. This is a group with so many websites and projects that they make themselves impotent. ONE of the things that they are doing is trying to disburse PCs to wounded vets so they can communicate with loved ones.
