TURKEY MOVES CLOSER TO TERRORISTS. MY READERS SHOULD NOT BE SURPRISED

Al Qaeda is publishing a mag openly in Istanbul. I reported before the war started that the Prime Minister of Turkey (Recep Tayyip Erdogan) was a hard line Islamist and could only be trusted to turn Turkey into an Islamist state. He is tight with a super radical former leader of Turkey, Necmettin Erbakan, the last time he led the country (with 22% of the vote) he installed mosques paid for by the government, urged foreign terrorists to incite Turkish youth into attacking the U.S. and so on. The current president is a stealth Necmettin who has no more intention of joining the EU than he has of becoming a Catholic. MEMRI reports

The weekly political magazine Tempo and some major Turkish daily newspapers such as Milliyet, Aksam and Cumhuriyet have reported that the Islamist Turkish terrorist organization "Great East Islamic Raiders Front" ( IBDA-C)(2) began publishing a new weekly magazine named 'Kaide,' which openly praises Al-Qaida and idolizes Osama bin Laden. The Kaide magazine, which looks like an Al-Qaida bulletin and publishes all their announcements, is published legally in Istanbul and is sold in all the newsstands in Turkey. (tip LGF)
This is THE worst possible news. Turkey would dearly love to wipe the Kurds off the face of the earth and are massed on the border eager to do so. Watch out, because this is really serious. They control all the water going to Iraq and most of it that goes to Syria and Lebanon. From my old post:
The current leader of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan is well known as a Muslim firebrand (now says that is all in the past) AND he has too close ties with Necmettin Erbakan, a hard line Islamist and former PM who was kicked out. When Erbakan was last leading the country he did the following: signed agreements with terrorist Lybia and Iran, established a religious school system to turn out Islamic radicals, had plans to build mosques with public monies, infiltrated the government with hard line Muslim fundamentalists, allowed the Iranian ambassador to Turkey to call on Turkish young people to take up arms against the United States; and other less odious practices.
Later blog with more info is HERE. You will know it's all over if the government permits college women to wear scarves (hadj) which are still banned at the universities. Keep your eyes open. The girls want to wear the hadj to demonstrate their allegiance to Islam and it is reported that many are wearing wigs instead as a show of support.

Post that talked about water is here Some excerpts of a very long piece:
Which brings us one more time to Iraq, home to the non homogeneous population of Kurds, Sunnis, and Shias who actually hate each other. A country where 40% of the young males are unemployed, where respect for established institutions, other than Muslim, does not exist, and an economy that manufactures nothing, grows barely enough food to feed the population, and has no service sector at all. Most important: Turkey now controls all their water supply and can cut them off in a nano-second. Their economy is oil and potential tourism. The Muslim religion demands Shiria law obtain in the country over civil law, they are intolerant of any free expression that challenges Muslim orthodoxy– Salman Rushdie is once again on death watch and our government pretends the execution of the Coptic Christians in Jersey is not a terrorist execution—and women in the work force? fuhgedaboudit.

Iraq is not a country. It is a map creation by the Brits and Frogs, a quickie so they could divvy up territory and get on with the sacking of colonies. There is no Iraq. At best there are three homogenous groups there that on their own could get along so long as all left the Kurds alone, or if the Kurds left them alone. The Kurds are not only the huge majority in Northern Iraq, they are a huge majority in southern Turkey, a threat to the Turkish government every day. Not only there, but they exist in great numbers in Iran and Syria. They are a constant threat everywhere because they were never a part of the maps laid out by the Colonial Powers. They were ignored as if they didn’t exist. They now smuggle goods across invisible borders with all countries in the area. Turkey has now dammed the Euphrates river as well as most others and is days away from controlling ALL the water entering Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon, which means that The Big Dog in the area is Turkey.
Trouble is brewing.
