IMPROVE YOUR SOCIAL LIFE BY HAVING YOUR FRIEND DATE BETTER LOOKING WOMEN

Read this one and then ask yourself if our entire political system has
not been corrupted to its core. The citizens of Bozeman Montana (you know, like people who don't collect bribes) signed a petition asking the local crooks to return to the Federal Government four million dollars in Federal pork designated for a parking garage as a part of the "Highway Bill."

Good for Bozeman citizens.

However, the entire political class from city council to their elected representatives and Senators will not allow it.

All five (local) commissioners, including Mayor Andrew Cetraro, voted to endorse City Manager Chris Kukulski's recommendation not to return the money. He said even if they gave the money back, there would be no guarantee it would be used for hurricane victims.
And then there is this bit of contempt for the citizens, from the city manager of Bozeman
Commissioner Steve Kirchhoff said he resented the "political slight of hand" the issue was creating for the commission. "I don't like people telling me where my priorities should be," he said. "I don't think anybody is trying to skirt over a national tragedy."
Let's see, the citizens have no right to tell their public officials what to do. So the "fight" continues with every elected official refusing to cut "pork" in their district while remaining open about cutting unnecessary spending in someone elses district.

It's like losing weight by having someone else skip their desert.
