FIREFOX NOTE: For some reason the new version sometimes goes into the operating system and changes Accessibility Options. If you are using the new Firefox 1.5 and your colors are trashed, go into Settings, Control Panel, Accessibility Options, then click on Display and uncheck the "high contrast." Like magic.

HP: They have the best customer service I've ever had. If you are thinking of buying, you can't go wrong with HP. They were the ones that straightened this out, not Mozilla.
