xiaoding, maybe the type of people who read a book titled "The New Elite" would believe such rot, but anyone with open eyes and common sense would see the exact opposite result. If the "intelligent" are having less children, they are the ones that will cease to exist, and the procreating masses of "unwashed" will by sheer force of numbers rule the new dumbed down society.
My God, what are they teaching in insitutions of "higher learning" these days?
