A DEATH IN THE FAMILY

LA Times RIP should be the title on the adjacent graph. The soaring line represents the exploding of the LA population; the bottom two represent the Sunday and weekday circulation during the explosion, which amazingly has actually declined. The details of the floundering corporate giant are listed HERE. Most interesting is the fact that even while the paper was hemorrhaging circulation they kept on purchasing other media in an attempt to buy their way back into the market. Never, as in NEVER, did they consider revising their totally Left Wing and slanted news stories and editorial policies. It is a fact that back in the 70s almost everyone read the paper, especially the Sports section which has been politically correct for at least twenty years. Now nobody living outside the upper middle class "hills" reads it. I've commented many times that work places have no copies anywhere.
