The ever more slimy NYT published a picture of Rumsfeld's house complete with location of security device. Now what could be the purpose of that? Do we have a right to know? Of course not, this is a solicitation for assassination in one of the largest circulation newspapers in the U.S. But the fish wrap goes one step further, they list the high profile people who also live in the area and basically furnish directions on how to find their places; another solicitation to terrorists and criminals.

As a conservative guy with a Journalism degree and no chance in Hades of being hired by a newspaper, I salute you.

I don't read ANY newspapers anymore because they are all so crappy. It seems that the best way to get the news these days is from the Net, but that's scary too because it's so unreliable.

*sigh*

And "reliable" would be made up stories in the NYT? Made up stories on CBS?

It was never a good idea to believe anything that Journalists spewed forth without checking it out. That's the beauty of the Net. You can more easily check things out for yourself.

That was very hard or not possible before the Net. Trust, but verify.
