I KNOW, SILVERMAN WAS SHITTY

I couldn't stand to watch the Sarah Silverman show past the five minute mark. How can such a talent present such obviously manufactured shit? It's easy and it happens over and over again; turn yourself over to a bunch of "heavy hitters" in either Hollywood or New York who have no knowledge of your talent; then let them produce what they think is funny. Somebody with no talent decided that she should have two unattractive gay men to play off of. Jesus Christ! So it wasn't much of a drop off when she told a seven year old kid on a tricycle to shove his shit up his ass, which is not only not funny it's cruel. Who the fuck is going to do that to a seven year old kid? A bunch of Hollywood assholes, that's who; and assholes without children. But the bottom line is that Silverman had to approve and I can only conclude that I misread her abilities and talents. An entertainer's talent is 95% choices; choice of material, interpretation, and presentation. Silverman failed on all counts last night. Stick a fork in her.
