Here's the deal. The API and DOE reports that came out yesterday could be so far off the mark as to be nonsensical. This terribly cold weather has frozen crude in the pipe lines. Has seriously compromised all pipeline delivery systems and made it nearly impossible to deliver heating oil and gasoline to the end users because these deliveries are all done by trucks, trucks that cannot navigate the ice clogged highways and roads..

You will have to wait til next week to get the correct count. AND don't forget, starting about now all the refineries have to reformulate their gasolines to comply with 18 different mandated summer formulas and this is going to reduce production big time.
