PROTECT CHILD PREDATORS

Oprah and O'Reilly have started something positive....

Our daughter was informed last week that a registered child sex offender (her ex's uncle) was living at the same residence where her children were visiting their father on week ends. He is on parole for a 2nd degree child sex abuse offense.

He has been living at that residence since September and not one person, including the children's other grand parents, said a single word to us about it. They even brought that man down to our house for our outdoor children's Halloween party, while never telling anyone about him. We had never met him before. All we were told was that he was an uncle.

I admit, I didn't pay too much attention to his statement, " Oh I love being around kids!," at the time. In retrospect though, an innocent remark like that takes on a much more ominous tone when coming from the mouth of a convicted child sex offender!

We were told that, according to his parole, the sex offender has to be "supervised". Supervised by whom? The parole officer? The CPS worker didn't even know his name when we first arrived. When I questioned the local police later, they didn't know his name either.

For reasons known only to their sick minds, most of the MSM doesn't want any action taken to control child predators, and in one state, Vermont, they are frequently just let loose. There is a posting at great length here. If your state hasn't enacted protective legislation, you might want to get involved. Remember, child predators are a great natural resource, they must be protected..............
