Everything you ever wanted to know about good cheese but were afraid to ask is posted at DuToit's today. No instructions on how to fire a 30.06 into a pile of white cheese in order to turn it into Swiss, but instructive nonetheless. Nor will you learn any of the bad things that will happen to you if you fill up on curdled milk products as a daily food. But it's a terrific opinion of the things cheesey......

...and with good reason. If you shoot a .30-06 into a piece of cheese, all you get is cheese vapor.

Not that I've ever tried it before, of course.
