You cannot possibly have a good athletic team with ugly cheerleaders. If it weren't for the girls how many players do you think would play? There is a rumor that USC gives scholarships to great looking high school girls hoping they will become "it." So how do they lure the best? Hawaii, that's how. As you know, my basketball picking skills are like a blind man judging a beauty pageant. I'm not surprised that the vastly over rated Big 10 is down the tubes except the fantastically lucky Ohio State. I am surprised that the PAC 10 has three teams in. I figured UCLA; I thought maybe Oregon because of their skill sets within their draw could be a Final Four with some luck; I hoped USC would get there because as I said, they fight for every ball and every point for 40 minutes, they are quick, and they have some very good players. But I didn't think they could possibly get by Texas, a team that surprisingly just mailed it in once they fell 11 down early in the second half. It takes more than talent, or supposed talent, so I guess that's why they play the game.
