Ace has a long blah blah about that phony "soldier/patriot/writer's" dung droppings that was published by the New Republic. But over and over again he says so-and-so "might" have been writing a joke or satire. Horseshit. Any writer worth his salt knows that if satire is really good you cannot distinguish it from reportage. That is why you always label it "satire." No, folks, this guy is a stone cold liar or psychotic paranoid spewing his fantasies to whomever will listen; in this case he found the New Republic, an organization that wanted to believe our soldiers were criminals and cannibals and so they printed it knowing they could cop to making a mistake later.
