Fairness Doctrine----just fear mongering. The Supreme Court would toss it out in a nano-second, and with the exception of the nutty left 9th District Court it would never get that far. Originally put on the books in 1949 when there were three networks and only a few thousand hundred stations, The Court would toss it were it enacted today. In a world of ten thousand stations if your voice isn't heard it's because you ain't speaking clearly. The failure of Left Wing programming has more to do with the endless "things are so bad that....." kind of tiresome message. Compare with the satire, humor, and optimisim of Limbaugh et.al. and you might get a message. It's entertainment, stupid. And no, Hannity does not entertain me at all; he is without humor, satire, or stories.
