Watching Out for Foreign Doctors
Not so fast. Most of you know that I receive the lion's share of my medical care at the VA, and that the VA is the one true bastion of socialized medicine in the U.S. This means that every leftist "minority" hiring scheme is in place so as to assure "diversity." Well, as in every left scheme, things ain't like they appear on paper. The West LA Veterans Hospital is a "teaching" facility for UCLA, which means that we are treated by interns and residents, all supervised by the outstanding department heads from the university. I haven't been seen by a white doctor, intern, or resident in at least three years, nor have I seen more than one white doctor prowling the halls in that time. The single Black doctor cleaning the rest room, a Doctor Rastus, seemed ungrateful and appeared to resent his status. Every doctor who has treated me has been Asian, Middle Eastern, or some other dark skinned person.
In other words, there ain't no American doctors.
Now to the nurses: not only are they all dark skinned, most don't speak English at all. Things are so bad that when a hospitalized patient rings for help, in at least half the cases the nurse answering the call can't help the patient because they don't understand the language. Lest you think that this isn't normal in other higher priced facilities....
I went to Cedars Sinai in an emergency and was hospitalized there for a week. The doctors were mostly white and mostly Jewish except for a fairly large India-Pakistan contingent. But the nurses? Many were tattooed gang members who glowered at patients should one dare come near them; many more were aliens from every country on earth and most could not speak English. In other words there were very few Americans of any color on staff. The single Black nurse was a blood collector and was incompetent. I heard her whisper "Whoops. Sorry;" as she missed an artery in my arm at least three times.
I suggest that if you live in a large city you will find a huge number of our professionals are "guests" in this country and if they are terrorists.....???? This ain't the country of 1788, 1888, or 1958. Things have changed and we better all take a long look at us, because we ain't what we think we are.

I read a story this morning about a few hundered soliders in Iraq taking the US citizenship oath. All had hispanic surnames.
We are Rome II. Outsourcing our military because we're too busy being fat, rich, and lazy. Allowing the barbarian hordes to invade. Buying our goods from overseas because we don't care to get our soft hands dirty making anything.
We will burn just like the Romans did.
