The Big Picture has an internal memo

from some mortgage firm somewhere that one of their CIA bagmen got his hands on that reveals all. It purports to be "new" mortgage standards. Assuming it's not from The Onion, (it's that far out) the memo lays it all out there in plain view for all to see.
