Global Warming, LA Style

We are having the coolest summer in fifty years. Normally by July 15th we are well on our way to high 80s low 90s every day, with the valleys nudging 100. Would you believe high 70s, with the beaches low to mid 70s and the Valleys mid to high 80s? So if the polar ice caps are drifting down the coast........ While the South dies in the heat. Weird.
