Because of the NFL/Cable monopoly the Patriot Cowboys game was blacked out in LA....so? For the first time in years a gang of us went to a jammed to the doorways sports bar to watch it. Holy shit, the crowd was 80% pro Dallas and the rooting and yelling was near jet engine decibel levels. All TV sound was turned off (two other games were on also) and I realized this was just like being at the game. When I got home I felt like I had actually been at the game. I may go to sports bars again. The thought just crossed my mind that at least a million of us around the country gathered at sports bars to watch the game AND NONE OF US HEARD (or watched) A SINGLE COMMERCIAL. I say take that NFL
