Kaus does a dam good job of eviscerating the Iowa "Caucus" and leaving the stinking corpse to rot in the shade. As I've said here, the process is not even democratic, it's easy to rig, and it's intimidating because all have to stand up and identify themselves and publicly declare their vote (in the Democrat side, the GOP is not quite so bad). It is not only stupid it should be illegal in a Federal election.
