However, I submit that this is another of the unarticulated positions this inept president allows to gain public attention. Does the Second Amendment guarantee that the possession of a 135mm howitzer is a protected right? How about a weapon that fires atomic projectiles? Bazookas? What Justice is arguing in this DC case will affirm is that the Constitution guarantees our right to bear arms. This is a thicket that will be in the courts for decades.
