Let's Give all the Addicts a hundred bucks

As our glorious leaders move to "solve" the current crises with loads of goodies for all their pressure groups, ask yourself one question:

Pretend you are poor. So poor that if it cost you a nickel to get around the world you couldn't get to the bus stop. Now your favorite political hack hands you a hundred dollars to help "solve" the current problem. How many people can you hire? Can you start a business (assuming you want anything other than your next fix)? Can you do anything other than spend it on "stuff" that you don't need, but want.

So our politicians are moving to solve a nearly one trillion dollar world credit problem by giving $100 to a bunch of broke drug and alcohol addicts so those addicts will vote for them. Solve this crises? I don't think so.

This is serious.
