Recoverey Package is getting approval from the financial community (they should love it since it bails them out) and most important is that it will include funds for mortgage insurance.  No sense quibbling over the details, but we better do something to fix our spending or all this will be for nothing.  Last I read is $600 per person tax rebate and some other entitlements including small business.
