First really effective TV spot is being run in SoCal this AM by Mitt Romney. Had he been running an ad like this for three months there would be no contest....BUT too little too late. And in true Republican fashion the spot is not available anywhere on the web as of 9:30AM on Sunday 2/03. Nobody in the Republican Party seems able to communicate.
