Duke Again, Faculty rapes Constutional Rights

Duke Rape case....Again, for Christ sakes? This incredibly arrogant school (administration and faculty) is now attempting to get the Duke LaCross team's website shut down. Why? Because they dare to publish court papers regarding their suit against the university. Why any parent sends a kid there is beyond me. Once again it shows that the faculty was as much behind the illegal prosecution of those young men as corrupt DA Nifong. So because of this continuing abuse by Duke University I am returning KC Johnson to my permanent links.
