I Got It! Let's Nationalize the Housing Industry

Which is exactly what the Democrats propose in order to "solve" the financial crises which (they say) has been caused by the greedy banks who want minorities as homeless as possible. As the centerpiece of their "plan" they intend to control mortgage interest and terms so the "poor consumer" can afford a house. Their proposed new legislation controlling interest rates etc., etc, etc., gets big liberal support during this election season. But, because I don't have an editor, a chickenshit publisher, or an electorate composed of Welfare bums and Liberals, I can tell you exactly what all this means if the Democrats get their way

Go to any "ghetto" be it Black, Hispanic, or white trash and you will see what slobs are out there ready and willing to "buy" a house on your dime. They will move into neighborhoods now middle class, and whatever house they move into will be converted into a pig pen within a couple of months. The yards will be overgrown, the interiors destroyed, their horrible unsupervised brats (all of whom have equally trashy friends) will roam the neighborhoods creating the kinds of slums liberals love because they will all need government help in order to rebuild. AND if the slobs can't make the insanely low payments, all loans will be renegotiated down til they represent no more than ten percent of a monthly Welfare check.

This is what liberal democrats propose and want: An America that sucks. Bye Bye Miss American Pie.......
