Congress Near to Solving Housing Crises

Congress is meeting today and getting ready to pass legislation to solve the foreclosure problem. This breakthrough idea hatched by a joint committee of both Dems and Repubs is this:

Burn down every house in foreclosure and let the insurance companies pick up the mortgage payments; AND have them pay for the building of new houses. The genius here is that not only are mortgage holders bailed out but the dormant construction business will snap back to life. Great for illegals, crooked lenders, and land speculators. Nobody gets hurt and everybody gets well.

Don't you just love democracy?
