Stephen Spielberg and George Lucas, THE two great film makers to come out of the 60s are no longer hip and no longer capable of being fresh, at least that is my conclusion after seeing the totally ordinary Indiana etc. I don't know how any reviewer can say that this creaky script is anything but phony, that the dialogue isn't painful to listen to, or that the computerized effects are anything but dreadful; and did I say that the acting is as uninspired as an old Saturday Serial that they used to do in one take? It also may be that the fucking political propaganda commercial that ran ten minutes long shown within trailers put me in such a lousy mood that I would not have liked anything short of a Michael Moore suicide. The only reason that I can see for the positive reviews is that both Lucas and Spielberg have come out against the War in Iraq, George Bush, and any white candidate for president. Save your money and steal the CD when it comes out.

You know I just came back from watching two movies back to back in the theatres. Something I haven't done in 20 years. The first movie was Prince Caspian, a movie that I loved from beginning to end. The second was the new Indian Jones film. What can I say about this film that hasn't already been said. Those calling this a bad movie are giving this movie way too much credit. How anyone can say this is a good movie is beyond me. The entire time I was watching the movie I was waiting for that moment when you find yourself escaping into what was happening on screen. With Caspian it happened almost right away. With Skull, well I would rather watch a Maury Povich marathon then this movie.

And oh my fing god, what was this movie about?
