More Oil Shit.....the morons on TV News (are there anything else?) are once again misreporting the Saudi output. The good shit is called "light" crude; this varies from easy to refine to the straight to the tank quality of (Eastern Canada Light) Canadian light crude. There ain't no more of that stuff. What the Saudis are willing to pump is the high sulfur sour stuff that is very hard to refine and more production will do next to nothing to lower the prices of heating oil and gasoline. This is just empty posturing for the cheap seats by the Saudis who make a killing on high crude prices. They are selling what they produce of light oil for a premium of $2.40 over the COMEX price for West Texas Intermediate while their shit stuff goes for as much as $1.45 under due to the higher refining costs.
