Most LA gas stations are posting prices above $5 per gallon for highest octane. Unleaded is as high as $4.69. Heating oil is also at all time highs, ruinous for east coast homes who will be hit with a double whammy of gas and heating oil.
CNN is kicking FOX ass in news. While Brit Hume talks about bullshit, CNN carries live shots of Bolivian Hostage release and CNN headline news has the breaking news of the Illinois 12 year old girl being killed. Nothing at all on FOX which increasingly shows its age with old shows with rigid formats.

Honestly FoxNews is almost unwatchable lately. The worst part is that they're always behind the curve no matter what they do. Plus they very rarely call bullshit when it's being shoveled.

This is the guy who was in charge of bombing the Chinese Embassy. Ordered US fighter-bombers to fly no lower than 30,000 feet on bombing runs, and thereby made a complete hash of the bombing campaign to destroy Serbian tanks. At 30,000 feet it was hard determining if that was an actual Serbian Tank or a plywood tank with a lit smoke pot inside.
Then there's the order to a Brit Brigadier General to attack the Russians who took an airport Clark wanted. The Brit told him to go fuck himself, called the PM, who called the White House who then immediately shitcanned Clark.
