A Clearing in the Woods?

Markets: LIBOR can't move today because banks are closed for Columbus Day so interbank rates won't move til late today. Market will open quite a bit higher and hopefully stay there. Tomorrow will be a really big day because LIBOR may open and the rates drop hard. Look for a long strong pull to above 10,000 and maybe 11,000 over the next couple of YEARS. The only thing that can stop it will be a Democratic Congress mandating more and more racial preferences within the lending environment, something not to be taken lightly. If you listened to the Treasury Summation of things to do, you had to note that "Women and Other Minorities" are getting special attention in the TARP program. In other words, Blacks and Women must get special contracts, or else.
