A drip is a Direct Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and it simply tells you to put a small amount of money up each month and soon you'll be a millionaire. Motley Fool has a good explanation. Keep in mind when you buy a share of stock in a company and you have the cert you can't sell it very fast.
