The assumption by management was that they were helpless victims of poverty, drugs, and deprivation. Well we went out to places where these poor darlings were hanging out and found? Not the sons and daughters of poverty stricken families who ran away from home to escape their hopeless plight, what we found were kids who were kicked out of their homes by their parents because of drug abuse and crime. In other words: the kids themselves were most of the problem. So me and my partner taped this shit and took it back to the station and......????
