INNOCENT

??? I was totally surprised to learn that John Ramsey, the father of Jon Benet Ramsey, has been totally exonerated by new DNA evidence. The local DA, cops, etc., have written letters to him apologizing for their conduct, but Ramsey is broke, his reputation in tatters, and how he maintains is a mystery to me. Read the story at the link and then think about Nancy Grace and the rest of those horrible people on CNN who just crucified him without a shred of proof. A little reminder not to believe anything you see on TV or read on the web, or in print media.

Ramsey says the new evidence can "never bring back my life. Once your reputation is tarnished, it stays tarnished." But he now campaigns to expand the national DNA registry by requiring all states to take a sample from anyone charged with a felony in the hope that "one day I will get a call from somewhere in the country and a voice will say, "We know who killed your daughter.'"

John Ramsey might well ask the same question as Ray Donovan, Reagan's Secretary of Labor (who was also exonerated) asked: "Where do I go to get my reputation back?" Ramsey joins ranks with Richard Jewell (Atlanta bombing), Steven Hatfill (phony anthrax case), and those three horrible Duke Rapists whose main crime was being white on the ultra Left Duke campus.
