Tickle Torture to be Banned?

Gitmo closes, interrogation "techniques" to be changed to a non invasive type, and more respect given to "prisoners." Let me ask you to pretend you are a terrorist. Knowing nothing would happen to you other than tickle torture would you be in the least afraid to attack the U.S.? I think it is now a cinch that a terrorist attack mounted either from without or within will take place within two years.
