Many have asked where they can read the entire Stimulus Bill. Well, you can and you can't. See the clever Dems added hand written notes to the bill which haven't been "parsed" yet so nobody knows what this shit means. Start reading HERE and move on through. The Democrat Website that claims to carry it only gives links to various sections of the bill, a tactic I find reprehensible. In other words the Democrats and the press are still hiding the details of the Bill behind walls of tedious minutiae that even they can't understand.
